Customer Challenge
Before HP acquired Poly, they came to us for three professional video assets to showcase their Poly Studio P15. These videos needed to showcase different types of users and detail how to use the P15 in Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
These needed to function as instructional how-to videos and promotional content they could leverage for their social media presence.
Streamlined Scripts
Our content team worked with the Poly team to create video scripts that were succinct but informative and didn’t have an abundance of on-screen text detracting from the product images.
Visual Blueprints
Our video team created richly detailed storyboards based on the approved scripts, detailing how every camera angle and shot would look.
This allowed Poly’s team to visualize the creative process and ensure their social media team had plenty of content to post to their platforms.
The Final Product
Once the scripts and storyboards were approved, our creative producer cast each video with professional actors, scouted, and booked shooting locations. We then edited the videos per the storyboard’s instructions to create a final product.
The Impact
We created three unique yet cohesive video assets that Poly used to enhance its social media presence and inform customers about the Poly Studio P15’s user benefits.
